I love it here. The prices were cheaper than other places. Any issues that you have or have had they work with you they even went up for me after my surgery when I could not get up there to go into my storage I recommend them highly.??

Very easy to obtain a storage. Roger, the manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and willing to assist in all aspects of the rental process. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and gave clear concise explanations to my questions. I would recommend this facility and Roger highly.

I had good service, the people who work here are very nice, that is not an issue. I do however want to warn you, if you are getting a unit here make sure you get one on a floor that has elevator access. The elevator broke down some time ago, and I know that level 3 cannot be accessed from an elevator. But they say they have ramps so I won’t need to use stairs! But the ramps are such steep ramps, that unless you have someone on both ends of the cart, you are screwed. Your stuff is going to fall off or the cart is going to run you over. Chose wisely! So, now when I go , this is me making double or triple amounts of trips back and forth between car and locker so I can navigate these steep ramps by only taking a few things at a time all because this place is too cheap to fix an elevator and why haven’t they offered to move our lockers to an area with elevator access? Do better Extra Space Storage get the elevator fixed!
