I reached out to Carlos about a pending rental increase. I have very sensitive circumstances after losing my husband. My financial situation is very tight and the increase would have caused more undue stress on top of everything else. He has been very supportive and helpful with trying to help me stay afloat. He took action right away with a temporary fix and told me to reach back out for help with a more permanent solution. When I reached back out, he was able to resolve it right away. Carlos has been always incredible with communication, support and kindness. This is a top notch employee who deserves all the accolades. I also appreciate how great this storage facility is. It's always so clean and well lit. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage. Please let Carlos know he's an incredible employee and much appreciated.
