I had originally reserved a unit at another facility and made sure it would be open when I arrived.. when I got there there was a sign that said the attendee had stepped out and would not return for 3 hours which I thought was unacceptable. I quickly called extra space and within 45 minutes my belongings were in the new unit. The attendant was pleasant and knowledgeable. A great experience!!!
