Front desk person very helpful. Alway clean easy access, nice pull in to load and unload, don't have to worry about any whether coditions.

What an experience on 19MARCH, just inquired for an 5X5 and got Nick. His hospitality was absolutely amazing, gave me a new price for storage between my moves! Clean, and everything I needed to get my stuff moved in quickly so I can move into NJ in April. Nick, is professional, humble and really was the reason why I got my storage this afternoon. Extra Space Storage, you're very lucky to have him as an Manager here in Dover. Thank You Nick & keep up the great work, he is a Jack of All Trades! All The Best, Michael!

BEWARE! The guy that goes by the name “Chris” possibly lied about his name might be Nick. He is unprofessional has a horrible attitude and is not helpful or friendly. He constantly locks the door to the main entrance during open hours. The bathroom is out of order and has not been fixed. I recently went there to get a few things the sidewalk was never salted, shoveled, or plowed. The doors were not working and the elevator was broken. The amount of money everyone pays for these units this is unacceptable!!! The place is filthy and it is not TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED! The place is freezing hence why the bathroom is broken pipes most likely froze up. When I first signed up in November the guy at the time was very nice whoever this new store employee is should be fired. DO BETTER!
