Krissy was just so amazing!! She informed me of all the pricing and best option for me. She was always available for any questions at any time. She was always friendly and energized. I would recommend this storage facility and send people. Communication is the key to a successful storage unit rental! Knowing what your options and timelines are helps with the success. Booked the unit Saturday evening and received a call to finish setting up account and access. She was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we would have access on Sunday since the office would be closed. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for college moveouts.
