Krissy is the most phenomenal Storage Manager and customer service representative I have ever interacted with. She waited for us to exit our vehicles to open the door for and welcome us. She smiled and laughed the entire time, all the while demonstrating how the access pads, doors, systems, and lock functioned. The facility is clean, nice, up-to-date, and the surveillance/ access systems very up to date. 10/10
