What’s make a business better is the customer service, and “ Krissy “ is one in a thousand. Also the place is well maintained , temperature controlled, secured and easy access to your unit even if you have a wheelchair. Great place to storage.

On 5.8.2026, I needed a storage unit on the same day and Kristy was professional and very helpful far beyond the usual requirement for registration of the unit. She offered different ways to pay to reduce the cost and was very accommodating; plus with giving me the location directions. Also, I wanted to mention Stephine who also was very helpful the next day giving me instruction on how to operate the code for the door, opening the storage unit etc. as it was my first time going to the storage.
