Extra Space Storage in Hackettstown is fantastic. I rented a unit online. Within a few minutes the awesome representative from the location called. He walked me through the process of moving in. I ended up stopping in, Neil made sure that my access code worked, walked me to the unit, and explained how the lock worked as well as the exit process. I am thankful for Neil and glad we went with Extra Space Storage.

The staff/management here is so friendly and helpful. They work with you to get you the best deal and to make moving in and out ad convenient as possible. The property is in the best condition I've ever seen for a storage unit facility. The ac/humidity control was very good and i didn't run into any moisture problems while storing my stuff here for close to a year and a half. Perfect experience here. Thanks team!
