Best storage unit I've had access to. ? Climate controlled units ? Clean and safe location visible from the road ? Huge lot to drive up in, with drive up access to storage, I literally was able to park my 20ft U Haul right next to the door which saved me tons of trouble ? Super nice manager lives on sight, and all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were very nice. ? Convenient location basically right off of 206 but since the entrance is on Hillsborough Rd it rarely has traffic making access simple. I can't say enough good things about this storage unit. I recommend them to anyone. Especially those needing drive up access.

Never thought I'd be writing such an effusive review for a storage unit, but I cannot recommend ExtraSpace Storage in Hillsborough more highly. I had a complicated situation with a storage unit that I had rented for a friend. I called and explained it to Tina and she was incredibly kind and helpful, turning what could have been an extremely stressful situation into an effortless and seamless experience. She made a point to follow up with me and got everything taken care of. Gary was also very helpful in tying up some loose ends while Tina was out. They were both lovely and kind, and it made a huge difference for me.

My experience with this company was excellent. But I'm glad I got out when I did because there (rates), prices went up way more than what I would ever pay for the items I had stored. But the best option they did have was you didn't have to open your window or get out of your car to get through the gate you just use open or exit on your phone and wow that was amazing. So thank you for the excellent service.
