Update.. The biggest GREEDY crooks and worst storage facility I’ve ever dealt with! Rate went from $103 to $187 (after I downgraded the policy) and then 4 months later got an email for a new rate for $315. I checked their website and they’re renting the same size unit for almost half the price! So their tactic is bait you in, then give you rapid rent increases.…. Absolutely disgusting business practice! If you’ll be there for a month ok, but if you plan on long term expect exponential rent increases!! How they operate like that morally is beyond me. Clean & new facility but they DOUBLED my rate within a few months and the same with other people there. “New facility” using a bait and switch tactic to get people in and then swindle them.. If the sales associate said clear and transparently “your rate will double within a few months” I never would’ve rented from them or prepared in advance There’s absolutely no justification to operate in such fashion. So if you’re considering them you’ve been warned. We won’t be doing business with them again. ** All the 5 Star reviews are from people moving in. Which is exceptional service. However, let them make reviews after being there 4 months.
