Very clean and very nice, I actually had put my stuff in my storage unit couldn't find the lock I shut the door and went home the next morning I went to drop off more and then realized I was in the wrong unit I went to office told them and they changed my unit to the one I put my stuff in and didn't charge me the fee, They have alot of sizes and prices are great.

I would like to Amanda is really wonderful. We had an issue with our passcode when we rented our unit and she was able to help us even though it was at closing time she still went out of her way to help us and get into the building. What a great employee she has.

I would like to acknowledge the great service I received from Amanda Roth and her associate Tom at the W. County Line Rd., Jackson, NJ location. Amanda has always been very helpful during any encounter I have had with her. In addition, the new associate Tom was wonderful in escorting me to my unit today. Always excellent customer service at this location which I don’t see much of these days.
