Customer service was great, just not so transparent when it comes to price changes. The initial move-in date/ time scheduled was fine, and good deal. I occupied the unit for 3 months, the monthly fee had increased each month. From start to finish they were friendly, however, overall, I was disappointed for more then 1 reason, prior to the scheduled move out date.

Everyone at this location has been so extremely helpful whether it be over the phone or in person!
