I had a wonderful experience at this storage facility. I was searching for a new storage unit and initially spoke with Christina, who was extremely helpful and provided me with detailed information about the available options. After doing my research, I decided to return and move forward with renting a unit, and I had the pleasure of working with Christina again. She took the time to show me around the facility, walk me through the storage spaces, and answer all of my questions. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The facility itself was very clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind when choosing to store my belongings there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Christina provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. She is a great asset to the company and deserves recognition for her excellent work.

I recently moved out of this storage facility. It was great while it lasted, customer service is great too. Only reason i gave it 3 stars because of its cleaniless. I found rat droppings and such in my unit which clearly a unit near by has been storing food or some sort. Overall for the time being your items will be kept secured and safe.
