It's all a falsehood. The bare truth is that they quote you how much the unit will cost. Never do they mention that it is a " promotion price". They have done this more than once. So, recently, I was paying nearly $400 from approximately $207. So, I gave away a lot of my belongings and moved what was left to a smaller bin. I was quoted $133. Never once was it made clear to me that it was a promotional price for three months. I never received a lease agreement that I recall. If I did it was not a hard copy that I would be able to peruse. Sure enough as the last time, my payment was increased from $133 to $202! Just like that, in a blink of an eye. I will be moving my belongings out ASAP. Bunch of rip offs. I will tell every one I can about this.
