I would strongly caution anyone considering parking or storing a vehicle at this facility. I paid for a designated parking space for my truck, yet on multiple occasions another tenant parked in my assigned spot. I repeatedly reported the matter to their office, primarily speaking with Nancy, and my concerns were consistently brushed off or went completely unacknowledged. There was never any meaningful effort to address the problem or prevent it from continuing. Unfortunately, their lack of accountability eventually turned into something much more serious. The vehicle that parks next to mine damaged my truck, leaving scratches and a dent along the side. Once again, I reported the issue to Nancy and was met with the same dismissive attitude. I asked about the security camera footage. I was told they could not provide the footage directly to me, which I understood. I then asked them to simply review their own footage and address the situation with the responsible tenant. They refused to do that as well. When I made it clear that I intended to escalate the matter because of their continued refusal to help, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I should take my business elsewhere. So I did. That response tells you everything you need to know about how this facility treats paying customers when there is a problem. You are collecting money from people to park and store valuable property on your premises, yet when repeated issues occur involving other tenants, your response cannot simply be to look the other way and tell the affected customer to leave if they do not like it. Based on my experience, this facility is dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unreliable when an issue arises. What concerns me most is how unwilling they were to even investigate the tenant involved, despite my repeated complaints. Their behavior left me seriously questioning why they were so resistant to addressing the situation. I took their advice and moved my business elsewhere. I would recommend that anyone considering storing or parking a valuable vehicle here think very carefully before doing so.
