The storage facility has good security, the staff is friendly, and the property is generally well maintained without feeling run down. However, I do have a couple of concerns. First, they should let customers know before renting an upper-floor unit that there is only one elevator, as that can make moving in and out much more time-consuming. Second, the floors are very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend placing anything directly on them unless it’s well protected. Other than those issues, it’s a solid, affordable storage option, especially for short-term use.
