      tl;dr: Only keep furniture/bulk items in here between moves, and don't rely on getting 'good' customer service. I've attached photos of my unit, so those looking to rent here can get an idea of what they are getting into. Renting is fee simple, but general addons like climate control, drive-up access, elevator access, insurance, etc cost at least $10 each and can easily double your costs. You also have to put in an initial payment (usually 40% extra). They open late/close early, so make sure your out of there an hour before they close. Also, be aware, they will randomly bump the rent +70% every couple of months (its not market rate matching, they are advertising a unit adjacent to mine with the same specs for the same original price).
