I never thought I would be saying this about self storage, but I legitimately had one of the best customer service experiences of my entire life yesterday. I would give 6 stars if I could. Kahirah went above and beyond not once but THREE TIMES to make sure I could get my things in, organized, and secured. She showed me the unit, how to use the lock, and was nothing but friendly the entire time. She has the patience of an angel. Extra Space look out because if I owned a self storage facility I would be looking to recruit her away from you ASAP!!
