Great service from Jose and Kat. Both workers are very helpful and clear with everything, they made getting and upgrading from a smaller storage so easy. Will definitely recommend this location if looking for a storage.

Wow, these guys are so great; they have the best deal. At first, I was pissed they charged me 50 for a unit that doesn’t fit. Then I came in person, and they gave me a way better big storage for almost the same price. Thanks, Jose, and the lady at the front desk, very kind. I’m in love; best storage ever!

This location is the definition of excellent customer service. The property is the cleanest I've seen, and the manager Jose has always gone above and beyond to ensure all of my questions are answered quickly and accurately. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Kat was really fantastic with showing me the various storage spaces available and how to access one once I'd rented it. She explained about the gate and the different entrances on each floor which was really helpful..
