Overpriced, dirty, uncontrolled mice infestation, humidity smell, poor and careless customer service, if you are new it might be a good solution for short term rental while the promotion is on (the first 6 months) but after that be ready to pay sudden increases by $100s without notification. No wonder they’re expanding so fast with overpriced rents. If you’re looking for a clean facility with dedicated customer care for your long term rental look elsewhere or you’ll be disappointed.

I can’t tell you how happy I am with the customer service from this storage location. Both Sebastian and Gabriel are exceptional and pleasant people, extremely professional, and go out of their way to help keep their clients happy. I had an issue with my login just about 2 weeks ago and Sebastian was extremely patient and did everything in his power to help me successfully restore my login. Gabriel, when I first entered the store to shop around storage spaces , had so much patience showing me around the unit spaces and gave me a detailed breakdown of how everything works. He helped me to his best ability to find a unit space that was suited for me. I HIGHLY recommend this location above all other locations.
