I needed to rent a unit fast, because I only had one day to pack and move my daughter's belongings from her college dorm. We started the transaction on the net, after a couple of minutes we got a call from John, who help us get what we needed, he explained everything and even suggested that if we pay for 4 months in advance ,we would get a little discount. So we did. The moving was easy and fast. Just what I wanted. Excelent customer service. Thanks again John for making the lease and the moving easy.

They do not give a first month free as you have to pay to open the storage unit. Then after 3 months they double the rent on you. The staff is super unfriendly and inattentive. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I had such a great experience here over the years. I recently moved out and Esperanza was amazing. She had helped me before and I always found her to be incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. She is so easy to talk to and work with. I will miss seeing her most of all! She is the epitome of great customer service.
