I AM A TENANT ON RT. 17 AND CURRENTLY HAVE 4 STORAGE UNITS. ON DECEMBER 18TH I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT AN EMPTY STORAGE UNIT I WAS INTERESTED IN. AT THAT TIME BOTH MANAGERS, JOE AND ZHYON, WERE BEHIND THE COUNTER ON THE PHONE. NEITHER MANAGER ACKNOWLEDGED ME FOR OVER 5 MINUTES, SO I LEFT. THE MANAGERS SHOULD, AT THE VERY LEAST, ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER IS IN THE ROOM EVEN IF THEY ARE ON THE PHONE AND CAN'T ENTIRELY ADDRESS THEM AT THE MOMENT. BEYOND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS, THE WAY THEY RUN THIS BUILDING IS MORE OF AN ISSUE. DURING WINTER MONTHS THE FACILITY TEMPERATURE IS AT 50 DEGREES, WHICH GIVES YOU ABOUT AN HOUR TO WORK IN THE UNIT SINCE THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS ICE COLD. EVERY OTHER WEEK THE LARGE ROLL UP ENTRANCE DOOR IS BROKE WHICH LEAVES LIMITED ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING. THE FIRE ALARM IS CONSTANTLY BEEPING UNTIL YOU WALK TO THE OFFICE AND ASK THEM TO RESET IT. THIS SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE. RECENTLY THE HEAD MANAGER JOE BROUGHT ME A BROOM AND DUSTPAN WHILE I WAS WORKING AND ASKED ME TO CLEAN UP. I FELT HE WAS INSINUATING THAT I LEFT SOME TYPE OF DEBRIS WHICH I NEVER DO, NOR DO I EVER LEAVE A MESS IN OR AROUND MY UNIT. I ALWAYS CLEAN UP WHEN I LEAVE MY UNIT, ALTHOUGH I NOTICE OTHERS DO NOT AND THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN CONFRONTED. AS YOU CAN SEE BY OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS POSTED THIS BUILDING HAS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT PATTERN WHICH NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY SOMEOME HIGHER UP. SOMETHING I WOULD NOT TOLERATE FROM MY EMPLOYEES.
