Within an hour, I checked out the storage unit, signed up online, and was shown to my unit and given a lock. The agreement was straightforward and I was literally done in 10 minutes. The customer rep on site, Austin, was great. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained my options clearly and answered all of my questions. I am pleasantly surprised at how quick and seamless the process was .
