Austin was extremely helpful in the beginning, showing me all the packages. And the facility to help my moving needs from one spot to the other location When moving the fry's mill road facility was much closer to me. And the price was perfect and fit into my budget. As I am on a very tight budget when I went yesterday in the storm. During the northeaster my unit was spotless. There was no smells. You had somebody that was blocking the elevator and held it open. But was quickly addressed, and I was able to reach my unit with no problem. I would recommend extra space storage. Thank you
