Austin has been so helpful and wonderful each step of the way. He answered all my questions when I called about getting the unit set up, helped us the day we came to move things in, and helped again when I lost my door code. He is always friendly and awesome with answering any questions. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with!! Would highly recommend. My experience at other storage places in the past hasn't been as welcoming or as friendly as it's been with Austin and Extra Space Storage. Very happy here! Thank you :)
