I don’t typically leave reviews, but I definitely want to recognize the amazing service we have received from Tyler. After a recent death in the family, we had no idea how much space we might need with a storage unit. Tyler has been very patient and gracious, helping us determine the best sq footage spaces and has gone out of his way to make our rental experience as painless as possible. And, the facility is basically brand new, and very clean! The security is top-notch, and I feel comfortable going in and out of my unit - even later at night. I recently stored my items with Extra space storage at the Quakerbridge office in Hamilton, New Jersey. The staff was very courteous, really helpful and knowledgeable. The process was quick and simple and I was able to get a drive up storage unit. Communication with them was excellent and using the app helped also. I close my unit this weekend and the closeout process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend.

This Storage facility is clean, secure and the staff is very helpful. I have 2 units and I ended my need for one of them on Saturday. I went into the office and spoke to Tyler, the manager. He was very understanding and accommodating. He said he would follow up with me to confirm the cancellation on Monday after he walk through the property and he did. Thank you to the entire staff, whether it was on the phone or in person I was treated kindly and professionally.

I had to get a storage unit last minute. I spoke with someone (district manager I believe?) over the phone and he helped me set up for move in the next day. When I went to the storage, Tyler was extremely helpful and so sweet! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.
