The service was great from start to finish. Salesman came to my home an gave a free estimate. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable going forward with this company. Every phone call was answered by a "live person". Promise for returned calls or follow up was done promptly. Every interaction with personnel was professional. On the day of the move, the team (Roy, David & Ricky) arrived promptly. They accessed the items to be moved from my basements and the best and Safeway to get the job done. They were neat and respectful of my property. I was afraid the items would not fit in the 10×10 storage unit off premises Roy's words were: "If anybody can do it, we can". I held onto those words and "Team" made it happen. My items were safely moved/stored with extra room for more items. The service was great!! I didn't know at the time, another representative (Jacob) came to the storage site to see how the move was going. How great is that and very rare now days. I highly recommend this company. They are scheduled to do part two of the move back to my home once construction is done. I have no doubt that the service will be great. If possible, I will request the the same Team of movers . 4/24/2026....BA
