Dominique was very professional. Only person on and she handled the crowd with grace. Clean space except for restrooms which are sketchy on upkeep unfortunately, everything was explained, decent hours but 24 hour access was never offered to me. I locked in a decent by comparison rate. Flexible insurance options with ability to secure your own outside insurance, if they specifically cover storage units; a long shot but hoping to find smthng just for personal belongings that's a bit less than Netflix premium per month. 1/4/26 update: Dropped two stars because the rate I locked in was required as a 4 month installment. Dominique warned that rates would increase and offered assistance in that case but I didn't expect to get a projection of an increase the week after I paid 4 months in advance! Going from $59 to $88. For the 10×10 unit that's still a lesser rate by comparison to the other price gouging options, but disappointing. If someone gives up 4 months of rent at a time with fees and insurance, there should be some guarantees to maintain the deal and lock in my business.
