I'm 64, and have had to use storage facilities many times. Extra Storage in Voorhees, NJ,under Matt's management, is far and away the best place I've ever used. You're not just a tenant here, but a valued customer! Matt goes above and beyond to take care of whatever situation may come up. He does so with the utmost kindness, even when the problem was caused by me (it usually is my fault!), that gives him extra work. This level of customer service is unheard of nowadays, and my loyalty to your company sits solely on Matt's shoulders. Furthermore, the facility itself is impeccably clean, well maintained, and above efficiently run. Matt is an incredible asset to your company, and I hope you know that!
