I generously gave them a 3 because even though the check in process was amazing and smooth, even with a problem happening it was a smooth and easy check in after hours and that’s AMAZING! Their billing procedures need some serious UPDATES!!! They push you to do everything thru the app, and it works so that’s wonderful, but then they ONLY notify you of billing changes through regular mail. Mark was helpful in relaying my name and number to someone who could actually help. Bill acted quickly and notified his district manager, Daniel, and they were able to help me but sounds like they have no authority to make policy changes. It feels underhanded to only send notifications of rent increases one way and not the way you are teaching is to communicate with you. That’s just bad business! Your company is better than that. Please make a simple change and be up front about increases. So, rent from them but make sure you watch your regular mail because that’s where they change things on you. Gross And thank you to Bill for following up and making things right even though his hands are tied policy wise. ??
