There is a hole that Duncan saw is obviously a penetration from the roof into the unit. I notified them a week ago there was water on my things. They said they would add weather stripping. Today I saw the hole in the roof and the response was it is not going to be fixed until Monday. You (5’4” female with a disability) can move all your stuff yourself to another unit or we can just let it get rained on.” He refused to help. All the numbers loop back to him. Do not store your things here.

I viewed three units at this particular location one of which was in the climate controlled building. This particular location was very large with many units available for rent. The person that worked there (Ryan) was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
