When I went into the office today 05/13/26 @1pm there was some really mean old guy in there that said his name was Steve about 75 years old, he refused to help me in any way possible at all, he was the worst customer service that I have ever met I would like him fired, So I had my storage unit for about 7 or 8 months and I did have some payment issues but I was trying to pay my storage unit which was almost $1,300 for the past 5 days which was before the cutoff deadline extra space storage unit sold all of my stuff there is absolutely nothing in my storage unit that is worth value it's my clothing my broken washing machine and broke dryer, my very old piano and my children's toys with some savers furniture extra space storage unit is refusing to let me pay the bill and keep my stuff they are the worst storage company in the entire world
