My wife and I rented a 10x15 storage unit here. Pros: The staff at the desk were professional and helpful. Facility was well kept and secure. Cons: The payment racket. We started off at $80 a month two years ago. About every 6 months the monthly rate increased, until we were paying $239 a month! My wife called to complain and they paused the increase for a few months, but then raised the rate anyways. Your only options are to pay up or get out. We just vacated our unit.
