?? Be advised there will be rate increases, even if you signed a 6 month agreement for one set price. Be very careful here! To have my unit almost double for not much belongings isn't cool. Especially with how gas prices are rising, food costs now storage?! It doesn't cost them a dime to keep your stuff in metal, non air conditioned, not very well built metal boxes. They raise the price, then penalize you if you break the lease but it's perfectly fine for them to cause financial strain & emotional distress when they feel it's time to make more money on their part. They earn well over $50,000 a month. I guess it's time to clean out my garage & bring my three boxes back home. Sickening! Calling to discuss the Issue not concern, doesn't change a thing. What would change it is keeping the price the same as you promised in the beginning. They lure you in with internet rates & once they know you're in, raise your rent. It's been 2 months since I got the unit & already their shady tactics are showing. With $50,000 a month in pure profit, it's disgusting to treat customers this way. If the web says $29 a month 6 month minimum, just know youll be paying $38 by the end of it & they require auto-pay to lock in that rate. Then 2 month's in they raise it. Completely shady. I was tricked with this tactic, I'm infuriated! It makes me question the 5 star rates they get by one review accounts.
