Nice, secure facility. But typical of Extra Space, you sign up with a reasonable fee. Started at $100 in April 2025. By July, it almost doubled. April 2026 they raised it to $246/mo. That appears to be the business model. Go local instead and prepay as much as they'll let you.

One of the most annoying locations. You have to enter your code in three times if you’re not on the first floor. Each time you use the elevator, you have to put in the code, even if you just stepped out. There is absolutely zero cellular signal so you have to come outside to use your phone and then go back inside, each time. It’s like they’re trying to protect your stuff from you.
