Extra Space Storage. Try to up my payment by $100. Called the manager and they lowered that rate increase. Sad that it goes up $100. At a time other than that, it has been a good place.

Antonyo Ortiz helped me on getting my storage unit. He has great customer service skills , explained all the fees and the entire process with clarity. Ben is awesome! This was our first time renting a storage unit, and our experience at this location has been wonderful. We needed a place to keep all our belongings while selling our home, and the storage worked out perfectly for the two months we used it. Very clean!!! When we moved to a new state and no longer needed the unit, Ben went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of and canceled smoothly. Even helped us cancelling the unit we no longer needed in the new state we moved. Excellent service all around!
