Gabe at extra space storage did not send me a notice to notify me that the unit will increase in rent about 2 months ago. This month I paid my rent late so I had to pay about $40 late fee. I paid it late but it was paid and EXTRA SPACE STORAGE still locked me out of the unit for 2 days and I had no access even though the rent was paid. After complaining they offered a $10 credit for the glitch in their system Gabe said. This company stole a 55inch tv 2 years ago from my unit that I didn't have insured. Brand new tv sealed in box was opened and removed from the box and when I vacated their unit I realized the box was empty. If you don't pay on time they feel it's right to go through the unit for items they want before they auction it off.
