Very helpful representatives and great service. The only complaint I have is the elevator at the unit on Rodeo Road in Santa Fe closes very quickly and does not allow enough time for getting your stuff in and off.

My experience with Extra Storage was 5??because of Will their manager~ Every company would be fortunate to have someone like Will representing them~ He is knowledgeable, warm, friendly, helpful and always goes above and beyond! Needing a storage is often times connected to a stressful situation at least it was for me and working with him alleviated that. The facility is always clean and we didn’t have any problems with our unit. I highly recommend them!
