Good facility. Clean and secure. People who work there are professional, helpful, and well trained. But I don’t like how the company keeps raising my rate every six months.

The manager at this Extra Space Storage location made the entire process seamless! His genuine kindness and thoughtfulness, as well as his help finding me the perfect unit at the best available deal, turned a stressful move into a surprisingly pleasant experience. He even followed up afterward to make sure I had everything I needed. I’ve rented from other Extra Space facilities before, but I’ve never encountered someone so accommodating and professional. Five stars all around!

Really great to deal with! For customer service and ease of access, this is a great biz. Will is a very friendly person. The starter packages have great rates, and the place is always very clean. If you can, bring your own heavy duty lock, but if not they'll gladly put a loaner on your account for a low deposit fee.

Really 4.5 stars!! Very nice and safe storage facility. It is kept quite clean. All units are easy to access. Only downside is the rent is a bit high, but they are will to work with you on this. Each unit is spacious and sealed off from the adjoining units.

Will was great! He showed me the difference in the units I was trying to choose between and helped me get a good rate for my rental. He also explained the lease process thoroughly. The facility seems secure and well maintained.
