Ashely at the Amityville location was amazing from start to finish ! She gave me basically an orientation since I’d never used storage prior and she explained the contract , perks, dates , fees and rules very well. She was patient , customer oriented and pleasant with a bright smile ! Go Ash! Also rate was great!

Dan was very helpful. He explains everything and gives the best advise for what I need. First time renting a storage facility and he made the experience very easy. I had the storage unite for 4 months. Always felt safe and leaving was a breeze. Thanks to Dan and Ashley who have great customer service help.
