Love this location - Zerega Ave. The Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Kelsey was so helpful over the phone with providing multiple options for me to transfer from one unit to another unit. In person, Mariah was helpful as well. She showed me two units and was patient with me and the many questions

GREAT experience from beginning to end. Kelsey was extremely helpful over the phone and in person. He was patient with me and my husband. We were happy with their services overall. Mariah showed us both units with no hesitation so that we may find the best unit that worked for us. Ashley was informative with my questions relating to specifics in our lease. We are happy with our choice to continue renting a unit at this location. Thank you Kelsey, Mariah, and Ashley for all of your assistance.

I came in to do a payment towards my two accounts Justin was very polite and professional he helped me solve an issue regarding transferring one of my units i am very happy with the solution. I highly recommend getting a unit at extra space storage. I was there today with my brother and we needed to switch to a bigger unit and Justin was the person who helped us and he was absolutely amazing. He gave us options and showed us different units and made it super easy for us to switch to a bigger unit. It was simple and fast. Justin helped us and was so kind and helpful.
