JADA was the most helpful person in the storage industry that I have ever had the luck to do business with. She got me the best deal and did all the work for me - in the midst of a huge (and imo, unacceptable) mistake that Extra Space Storage is committing: the website is posting units that are marked available that are NOT available when I call to confirm, and the comparable units that ARE actually available cost more than the online price, and the website is even giving us customers the option to pay online for units that are, once again, not available! Chris, the manager, is also excellent at managing this fiasco. I think that it was he that approved of her giving me the unit I want for the original lower price that he offered me a couple of days prior, though the price by the time I called Jada was higher. In the over 30 years that I have been renting storage units in NY and Massachusetts, the customer service reps at Extra Space Storage as well as their prices are the best in the industry. And it's reps like JADA & CHRIS that make Extra Space Storage superior. Thanks JADA & CHRIS for your excellent service! Tina Nguyen

This place is great, and Alexis was so helpful. We were moving in on a Sunday and not only was she readily available, but I had some questions and she went out of her way to show us the additional units walk us through pricing even though we were in a mad dash rush to make it back to the apartment for the movers and she was incredibly patient and thorough. Alexis had a super positive demeanor and warm energy!
