I went to Extra Space Storage today and was greeted by Ms. Martinez with kindness and warmth. This was the first unit I visited as I weighed my options, and after going to Public Storage and being completely ignored (on top of being told the same unit was an extreme rate) I rushed back over to Extra Space. Ms. Martinez greeted me again and instantly remembered who I was. She asked me a lot of questions and made me feel comfortable. It felt less salesy and more personable. I 100% recommend anyone looking for storage to come to this location and ask for Ms. Martinez!
