I cannot echo resoundingly enough all the positive comments here about Store Manager Noel Rodriguez and his staff at this facility. After I suffered through a fury-inducing series of blunders at SquareStupid Storage, I was frantically searching for other storage places in SW BK. I called an ExtraSpace number from a Google ad for the 32nd St location and spoke to a central operator who looked up their availability, but said they didn't have the size I was looking for. Not 10 minutes later Noel calls me and says he might have what I'm looking for. Not 20 minutes after *that*, I'm over at the location and finishing the paperwork on a storage space that actually might be cheaper than the one SquareStupid originally offered me. Nearly the entire experience was a breeze -- only complaint would be the mobile stairs are difficult to move and lift up, but that's a minute issue compared to the bliss of the overall experience. Ignore the negative outliers. Noel and his team are professionals, and they have this place humming.
