Firstly, the staff have always been helpful and courteous. But the rent is raised often and a lot. My rent is going up to $273 for a 5x7' space! The last price hike was also almost $40! Other storage places in the area start at $65 for the same size. I've been a customer since it was Maximum Self-Storage and was paying $110 a month back in 2019. These huge price increases are just a stupid business practice. Needless to say I will be moving this week.

This place is great, always parking, easy process in and out and the employees are amazing to work with. Very easy going and friendly, hands down the best storage location.
