THE WORST EXTRA SPACE STORAGE! I have three other storage units with this company, but the woman in charge of the office—the one meant to serve *us*, their customers—simply has a completely deplorable attitude. It is a shame that they employ staff like this; I don't understand how they can keep employees of this type, as they could easily make us think twice about taking our business elsewhere.

The facilities are impeccable—it’s a shame I can’t say the same about the customer service. The young woman with glasses who manages the lobby acts as if she’s doing me a favor by renting to me. I was on the verge of renting a unit with this company, but thanks to this young woman's attitude, I decided to rent with Self Storage instead. But what does it matter? As she put it herself: "One less customer, one more customer."

My business is growing, and I need more storage space. I called last week to request a quote; a woman answered the phone, but she simply refused to answer my questions. She just told me, "If you truly need the space, you have to come in person—we'll answer all your questions here. Otherwise, don't waste our time." I don't think that is the right way to treat a prospective client.
