Everything was done online and it was all super-easy to reserve. They have the best prices in the entire region—I looked at all of them. The location is very convenient, just off Exit 9 and the I-87 Northway. The space itself is good, clean, no problems. Note that when they say "Ground Floor Unit" it's actually the literal ground floor and that's the basement floor, below grade. You use the elevator to get there. There is an exit door cut into the hill so there's a little natural light on one side, but you don't use that door as your primary door. Ground floor = Basement floor. Basement holds Units B, Main floor where you drive in and unload are Units A, and the 2nd floor has Units C. A little odd, but whatever. The temperature control was a little warm for me at 75º and I thought it was a bit humid, but I'm not worried about it for the stuff I'm storing there. Better for the planet, too. There's a broken-apart thermostat in my unit that must have been for something else. It's weird, but I don't really care (see photo). The floor and walls are also a bit scuffed, but again, I don't think my boxes are going to complain about it. When you download the app it gives you an option for letting Siri open the gate. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it never worked. You can use a keypad with your specific code, or you can use the app itself, which also worked fine, but Siri was cranky about it (and yes, the Bluetooth was on and I'm a tech guy and actually enjoy troubleshooting these things). Overall, for the location, value and ease-of-use I can highly recommend it. I would take away half a star for the humidity, basement being a Ground Floor unit was misleading, and the app was a little glitchy, but 4.5 is closer to 5 than 4, so there it is. I only hope they don't try to raise the prices on me like all the other storage places I've ever used or I'll have to come back and knock this star rating down!! :-0
