I have had storage units for many years and have experienced many industry changes over the years. My reasons/need for storage have also changed over time. But what stands out in all this, are people like Travis. He was interested in my storage needs, interested in my true thoughts, and genuinely concerned overall. Amanda was helpful and accommodating with my booking. On the day of moving into the storage unit, I realized I needed a bigger unit and she was able to accommodate me right then and there. Additionally, prior to my reservation, Amanda did all that she could to help me while people at the call center and district/regional managers made the booking process difficult. I would rate the company with a 1-star, but the team at this location make it 5-stars.
