I just moved several items into a storage unit at Extra Space Storage on Ushers Road. The storage areas are clean and bright and the personnel in the office are so helpful. Their rates are reasonable and they have everything you might need for moving, including packing materials. They even have recommendations for movers. If you need storage space, this is the place to go.

I usually don’t leave reviews for any company, but in this case I definitely had to! The service I received from the management in this location was amazing!! Both managers, Matt and Steve really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would recommend this storage place to anybody! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience putting my items in storage. For context, I’m a freshman in college and my entire move-out experience for summer has been stressful. Coming to a place I’ve never been and receiving help from a patient and understanding person like Steve (the employee who helped me) made my experience all the better. Thank you so much!

Getting a small, temporary storage container couldn’t have been easier. From Brenda, the rental agent, and Matt, the assistant manager, both were very professional and courteous. Update : Steve, the on site manager, just was available for my daughter who was a bit lost. His directions were impeccable and the unit/building are pretty much brand new! Thank you!!!

We recently moved into a new house and some of our furniture wouldn't fit where I intended it to go. Because I'm a packrat and hate to part with good furniture, it ended up taking up valuable space in our garage, constantly in our way. My husband suggested that we look into renting a storage unit. I wasn't agreeable at first, but then today, I decided to bite the bullet and make the monthly investment. We searched Google for some places and decided to take a drive to look at some of them. While this one is a bit farther away from us than I wanted, it was the only one that had a real live human person manning an office. That was the first thing that impressed me. Upon talking with Steve Bowen, we were confident that this was the place! Steve was super accomodating in showing us a couple of different sized units as we weren't really sure what size would be best for us. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helped us with a smile on his face and a very pleasant demeanor. And to make things even sweeter, their rates were much better than the others that we looked at online and the grounds and units were well maintained. I would not hesitate to do business with them if you're in the need of a storage unit. I highly recommend this facility.

Very happy for the help of this place while I was in my transitioning phase into a bigger space. The unit was very clean, and overall it seemed that they cared about keeping the entire property in the same condition. I always felt my stuff was safe, and anytime I needed help I was treated with respect. The manager, Steve, was always happy to help with a smile. Highly recommend!!!
