Been with ESS for many years now, always a clean and up-to-date environment. A newer employee to me Palmina, was really helpful & knowledgeable when I needed an additional unit at one point. Manager Dennis is great, always prompt to adsress any issues & will make sure you'regetting the best rate possible. Would definitely recommend the Coram location.

Corporate needs to make changes to their website. Completed my rental online, they sent me the unit number and gate code. I drove my classic car down there and was denied access. Seems rentals like this need to be completed in person. Corporate needs to not send out the email that I’m ready to go and instead send one saying to complete the rental at the office. Dennis at the facility has been great. Minor hiccup with the unit, but nothing major. Easy to work with and very accommodating. My 4th year in putting the car away here. Really like the place. Some units have high curbs, and that doesn’t work for getting the car in, but all-in-all, a good experience with the people there.
