The whole staff there is wonderful. They’re always so willing to help and take their time explaining things I was in there today and there was multiple people customers in there needing help and Genevieve and the other gentleman that was there handled every situation beautifully. We actually enjoy going to talk to her.

Very nervous after reading the reviews & word of mouth!!! I was promoted at my job and needed a space for my equipment that’s close to home , so tried here and was really disappointed at the units foundation slabs !! Took us almost 2 hours ( 2 men ) & wasted over $200 trying to build/ design a ramp to get into unit , that partially failed ?? Upon measuring my unit , it’s NOT a 5x10 that I’m paying for , it’s 4’4” x 10’ , so 80 sq feet is USELESS…. Lastly , word of mouth by tow company & a friend who stores there says place gets robbed ALOT ??
