Ive been trying to move into a parking spot for my truck and trailer which im paying for now but cant because they dump all the snow in it so now i cant park both my truck and trailer in 1 spot and they are hitting me with a bill for 2 spots. Its up to them to do the snow removal correctly not the customer also i just moved from 1 unit to another because they doubled the price overnight so imoved to a cheaper unit then after 2 months they doubled the price on that unit. They are a bunch of scammers. Im not happy at all with how they maintain there property and screw you in the process Call so can fix the issues immediately? Unless your going to dig out my truck and trailer and the parking spot which im paying for you to dump snow in but i don’t think thats going to happen. Not happy at all with how you run your business. I’ve already been in to the office snd complained about it last time it snowed your snow guy did the same thing im going on 2 months in rent paying for 2 spots when i should be only paying for 1 because it still has snow in it from the last storm. This cant be how it is at every storage place. I should be able to access all my units at anytime thats what im paying you for.

Met with Genevieve and Mike in the office and they were extremely nice and super helpful. Within a minute they new exactly what I needed and had the whole rental process done in five minutes. Amazing customer service.
