I had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location, thanks to Tiffany Smith. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I had some trouble with the app, and she took the time to walk me through everything step by step without making me feel rushed. She also came with me to make sure I understood how to enter the garage passcode correctly, which I really appreciated. It made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. Tiffany is truly sweet, professional, and goes above and beyond for her customers. Because of her, I feel confident and comfortable storing my belongings here. She made the decision to rent here very easy for me. Highly recommend this location!
