Had a wonderful experience as far as signing up online. Got a 5x5 unit at a great price, temperature controlled at the Harriman location. The manager Chance was excellent throughout the process and was communicative at every step. Since I reserved and completed the process online he made sure to send me the agreement for signature and made sure he was present when we arrived to show us to the unit which was ready to go. I’ve had storage units at other places in which sometimes employees or help was nowhere to be found. I’m more than happy that my experience with Extra Storage and Chance was so positive and seamless.
