Good service. Huge facility with 2 separate entrances. I should have printed out the site map beforehand. It's easy to find by flowing the numbers. They do have site maps on each floor. The parking dock/entrance and codes works a little differently than in Life Storage by Costco. Where the pad is positioned you have to totally get out of your car to input your code (and leave the car running). The guy before me backed his vehicle in so it would be easier for him to get out. If the gate doesn't shut automatically, there's a button to close it. The 2 dollies we tried have minds of their own (#5 and #6) and don't go in the direction you want them to. Maybe the wheels need to be oiled?

This is an amazing facility, extremely clean and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend speaking to Sam , that guys knows his stuff and tells you all the info you need to know and more.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, Amanda and TK always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The move-in process was seamless, and they offered a variety of storage unit sizes, which made finding the perfect fit for my items easy. One thing I really appreciated was the climate-controlled environment, which kept my belongings in perfect condition, no matter the weather outside. The facility’s extended access hours were a lifesaver, allowing me to visit my unit whenever it was convenient for me.
